What it does
ComplyCore is built for companies where mandatory training is part of daily operations: warehouses, production plants and transport. HR and safety managers define which courses each role needs, and the platform assigns them automatically when someone joins, changes role or moves to another shift.
Employees do not need an app or an email address. They sign in on their phone with an employee number or by scanning a QR code, complete the course and get a certificate with its own QR code that a supervisor can check on the spot.
The dashboard shows who is valid, who expires in the next 30 days and who is overdue. Statuses are recalculated every day, renewals are assigned before a certificate runs out, and agency workers and subcontractors sit in the same view as your own staff. Reports export to PDF and Excel for audits and customer inspections.
For IT teams there is single sign-on (OIDC), user provisioning with SCIM 2.0, a REST API and webhooks. Data is stored in the EU, and the platform runs in Polish for Poland and in English for the rest of Europe.

EasyACC
An invoicing platform connecting small businesses with their accounting practices. EasyACC supports everyday financial workflows and dedicated white-label environments for practices that want their own branded service.

What it does
EasyACC is mobile-first invoicing for small businesses, and a shared workspace with their accounting practice. An invoice takes a few taps on a phone, and the accountant sees the same documents without chasing anyone for files.
The platform checks the buyer’s VAT number in VIES, suggests the right VAT treatment, including reverse charge for EU customers, and keeps separate numbering series. Invoices are sent as PDF by email with delivery tracking, followed by payment reminders, and partial payments are recorded against each document.
Each company has its own isolated database in the EU. Every change can be recovered to any point in the last 30 days, and nightly backups are stored separately and checked with a checksum.
Accounting practices can run EasyACC as a white-label service under their own brand, with their clients inside one environment.

How Guido helps
Guido works with invoices the way an assistant in the office would, but within strict limits. Every operation in EasyACC has a defined level: reading, reversible changes, actions with an external effect such as sending an invoice, and operations that stay manual. Guido always asks before issuing or emailing an invoice, and it never corrects or cancels an issued invoice: it opens the right screen instead. The event log shows whether a change was made by a person or by Guido.

What it does
elearning.edu.pl is a learning platform for companies that want to build real workplace skills, not just collect course completions. It runs SCORM and video courses, and adds two things most platforms do not have. It is built on 20 years of running e-learning in Poland: since 2006 the platform has delivered more than 1,000,000 completed courses to over 300,000 learners.
Smart Assignment puts learners in front of realistic decisions. They choose what to do and write a short justification. An AI rubric scores the answer and reports how confident it is, and doubtful cases go to a human reviewer instead of being decided automatically.
AI conversation practice lets people rehearse difficult talks before they happen: the AI plays a customer, an employee or a candidate. Every attempt is recorded with xAPI in an included learning record store, so HR and L&D teams see how people decide and talk, not only whether they clicked through.
The platform serves HR and L&D teams, sales networks, finance and insurance companies, training companies (with white-label partner instances) and schools. We help with migration from Moodle. AI models run in the EU and do not train on employees’ answers, and AI costs come from a predictable monthly pool.
