Who we build for

Most of our clients have between 5 and 1,000 employees. They run real operations — recruitment, payroll, training, manufacturing, distribution — and have outgrown spreadsheets, email threads and off-the-shelf tools that almost fit.

What they usually do not have is an in-house software team. That is the gap we fill: you bring the knowledge of your business, we bring the engineering, the hosting and the long-term care of the system.

What we build

Platforms we have built and run are used every day by several thousand people, from recruitment consultants and candidates in Ireland to sales teams and production companies in Poland.

  • Client and employee portals with role-based access
  • Back-office tools that replace spreadsheets and manual workflows
  • B2B platforms and multi-tenant SaaS products
  • Training, onboarding and compliance platforms
  • Dashboards and reporting for operations and management
  • Scalable applications and data-heavy systems

Recent client work

For an Irish recruitment agency we built a platform that manages candidates, right-to-work training and on-site quality visits. Thousands of people use it day to day.

For a payroll services company we built separate portals for employers, employees and the operations team on one shared platform, so each group sees exactly what it needs.

A large distribution company in Poland uses one of our platforms across its sales network, and mid-sized manufacturing companies in Poland, including a food producer, run software we built. Client names are kept confidential for now.

How a project runs

We start with your workflow, not with a technology. A short discovery maps who uses the system, which decisions they make and what the first useful release should contain. Then we build in short increments, show working software early and adjust as you learn.

We are technology-agnostic. We are a Linux team, we like Cloudflare and AWS, and we choose the stack that fits your workload, your budget and the people who will maintain it.

We do not disappear after launch

Our strongest discipline is not a framework. It is commitment. Clients are never left alone with a system they do not understand: we monitor it, fix it, extend it and are there when you need us.

Because we prefer long-term partnerships to one-off builds, we can spread payment for a project over a longer period. A good idea should not be blocked by cash flow — on either side.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a custom web platform cost?

Every project is different, so we price it after a short discovery. We can spread payment over a longer period, because we prefer long-term partnerships to one-off builds.

Which technologies do you use?

We are technology-agnostic. We usually work on Linux with Cloudflare or AWS and choose languages and frameworks to fit the project and the team that will maintain it. We can also work with .NET where a client needs it.

Do you work outside Ireland?

Yes. We work with companies across the European Union and host data in the EU only.

What happens after launch?

We stay. Support, monitoring and further development are the core of how we work, not an optional extra.
